Champagne Les Monts Fournois, Ludes

A fresh voice in the world of artisanal Champagne, Les Monts Fournois is the exciting new project of Juliette Alips, with guidance from her cousins Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche (of the renowned Bérêche et Fils estate). Though still in its early stages, this domaine is already showing immense promise, with a focus on purity, terroir, and thoughtful winemaking.

For now, the Domaine's Champagnes—made from Juliette’s own vines—are still ageing in the cellar. In the meantime, their Crus Sélectionnés range offers a selection of micro-négociant bottlings, originally sourced by the Bérêche brothers from trusted growers and finished at Les Monts Fournois. A haute-couture project that spotlights the intricacies of the Champagne and its vineyards, through the various growing seasons of the last decade.
