From one of the pioneers of Grower Champagne and biodynamic farming, the Cuvee "Garennes" is the fruit of the blend between Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties, harvested from the terroirs of Chambrecy, Damery, Cumières and Hautvillers. A vintage blend of wines from 2013 to 2021, aged in barrels aged 1 to 10 years. A light dosage of 1g/l of organic grape sugar is applied to perfect the balance of this very complex cuvee. The harmony between the natural material, structure, freshness and deliciousness is the signature of Laval's Garennes. A perfect introduction to the family's unique style of Champagne making.
