A rare unicorn from Cumières' hallowed slopes. Laval's 2016 spent 24 months in oak and 6 years on lees before release, emerging as pure energy in a glass - wild rose, quince, and pear skin carried on a spine of vibrating chalk. Antonio Galloni nailed it: "weightless yet sizzling with tension."

The 1947 Meunier vines (never touched by herbicides) lend haunting florals to the Pinot's structure. Zero dosage, zero malo, zero compromises. At 8 years young, this is just entering its prime.
