    Rosé de Macération: 100% Pinot Noir en Saignée

    Terroir: Premier Cru Mareuil. Chalk-laden soil and deep clay subsoil

    Winemaking: 12hr maceration in vats and oak cask. A small amount of this is kept for an extra year to be blended with new vintage. Fermentation with Fabrice Pouillon method, with no added sugars. Matured in French oak for 12 months.
