We are extremely pleased to announce the arrival of our very own bubbles, made by artisan José Lievens. Our team has long been fans of the work that José carries in his vineyards in the village of Berru, a stone throw away from Cathedral City Reims.
Coming from organically grown grapes, this rosé Champagne is unusual by being both Chardonnay based for a feather like lightness, but with added punch and character by the Pinot Noir and staggering 30% of reserve wines which plays a huge part of its deliciousness. Like our brut, our rosé will rest for 3 years on the lees in José's cellar to ensure perfect quality. We strongly suggest to always have a bottle in the fridge, just in case the Queen pops in by surprise, your neighbours runs out of supply or you feel Monday is the perfect day for Champagne!
