A fond farewell to Dhondt's original "entry" cuvée – and what a swan song. William Kelley's 91pt sendoff praises its "pillowy mousse" and notes of pear, white flowers, and hazelnuts, but there's more to the story. This final blend marries Sézannais fruit (grandma's 1970s plantings) with Côte des Blancs elegance before Adrien retired the cuvée to focus on terroir-specific bottlings. Sad news, as this is always been a favourite - last bottles remaining!
