The northern Côte des Blancs in a glass – all citrus oil, apple blossom and liquid chalk (per Kelley's 94+ note). From scattered parcels in Cuis/Grauves with vines dating to the 1950s, this might be Dhondt's most mineral bottling.

The 30% reserve wine (barrel-aged, naturally) adds layers without weight. Oyster heaven.
