Labelled as "deluxe" due to its extended 7 years ageing on lees in the cellar! 2015 base vintage, and a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay (20%), and Pinot Meunier (10%). It’s a solar plot in a south-facing majority vineyard in Marne Valley so it’s a powerful, beautifully ripe, very accessible and fruity wine. Prune, apple, Mirabelle, yellow fruit. There’s a touch of ripe exotic fruits, with a salty finish. Classic vinification in tank to retain freshness.
