A little gem which spent a whopping 13 years on the lees. 100% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Vertus, sitting between the ridges, with full sun exposure. Incredibly fresh for its age, this opens up with notes of ripe yellow fruits, moving into a pure, electric palate showing great minerality and definition. A vertical wine very true to the Chardonnay variety, combining refinement and delicacy. A truly memorable Blanc de Blancs to savour straight from arrival this summer.
