Wine Source very own grower Champagne! We are extremely pleased to announce the arrival of our very own bubbles, made by artisan José Lievens. Our team has long been fans of the work that José carries in his vineyards in the village of Berru, a stone throw away from Cathedral City Reims.
Coming from organically grown grapes, we have come up with a blend that delivers excellent quality for any occasions. Chardonnay provides elegance and finesse, Pinot Meunier the upfront fruit palate and nuttiness, Pinot Noir will make the backbone, a touch of power and spiciness. José uses a large amount of reserve wines in the blend ensuring a wine with a large amplitude, creaminess on the palate which is also enhanced by 3 years of ageing on the lees in the cellars before release.
